3AM Doors Merges With Greentree

Copiague, NY & Atlanta, GA – January 30, 2008 -- In a move to expand its service offering, provide nationwide coverage and drive growth for its Post-Sales Service Division, Greentree has merged with Atlanta-based, 3AM Enterprises LLC (3AM Doors).

Alan Missroon (Principal/3AM Doors) and Vincent Valentino (President & CEO/Greentree) announced that they have agreed to a merger effective January 29, 2008, whereby 3AM Doors will become part of Greentree and marketed under the Greentree brand. This move falls in line within Greentree’s aggressive revenue growth plan for 2008.

“This is a major milestone for our company and is a key strategic element in Greentree’s long term growth plan. This move will help us grow each of our business units where we already provide best-in-class service to our customer base,” said Vincent Valentino.

In its third year of operations, 3AM Doors has experienced extremely rapid growth in the area of providing warranty service to manufacturers such as Masonite, Pella, Advantage Millwork and others. In addition 3AM Doors also provides on-site surveys for retailers across the country that are looking to gather information required as part of a change in safety requirements, a system upgrade, a renovation or a remodel.

Alan Missroon will take on the responsibility of continuing to grow the Post-Sales Service area of Greentree. “By blending 3AM Doors’ processes into Greentree’s various business units, we will be able to not only grow the warranty business, but also the areas of on-site surveys and facilities management,” commented Missroon. He goes on to say, “Greentree’s integration of leading edge technology and tools together with support from their marketing and business development team will play an instrumental role in building Greentree’s business. Several focus areas in the coming months will include: exploring new business opportunities with existing customers, expanding our In-Store Service relationships, leveraging our Project Management Division and acquiring of new clients.

Concentrating on building the Post-Sales Service business is a natural evolution for Greentree who has thirty years of history as a Merchandising Service Organization (MSO). “This merger will enable us to cross-pollinate business from one area of Greentree to another. It is an exciting step for us and we are looking forward to servicing the retailers and manufacturers that 3AM Doors has brought to us,” says Valentino.
