Business Issue
Recently while one of our Service Managers was standing outside of a Home
Depot store in Rockland, MA, he overheard a man talking on a cell phone
about going into the store to see the type of garage doors that were
available. When the man finished his call our employee introduced himself
and explained that we represent garage door products and maybe he could be
of some assistance. The customer was very receptive to this offer, so they
both went inside where they could see all of the doors and openers available
through Clopay, America’s leading garage door manufacturer.
Brand Response
As it turned out, this customer happened to be a real estate developer with
a large purchase requirement. That same day he placed an order for forty
(40) Coachman double wide garage doors and forty (40) garage door openers.

The direct result of our employee’s actions was a sale of over $120,000 for this Home Depot store. This same customer has since purchased an additional twenty (20) doors and openers for an additional $60,000 and has contacted us on several occasions to thank us for our help and support.
